Custom Mold & Design (CMD) is at the forefront of designing and building high-precision, fast-cycling, and fully interchangeable injection molds. These include multi-cavity, two-shot, metal injection, silicone, micro-molds, and ceramic molds. Our wide range of services includes part design assistance, mold design and fabrication, molding process development, automation, and full installation. CMD specializes in cold deck manufacturing for liquid silicone molds and utilizes 5-axis machining for delivering precision manufacturing solutions.
