About RMA:

For many years, we have been a leading supplier of comprehensive solutions in welding automation and laser processing.

We offer tailor-made solutions, as well as ready-to-use machines, production lines, and stations. RMA is not a typical integrator – we focus primarily on selecting optimal technology, carrying out advanced tests, and supporting the development of new products.

RMA undertakes extensive R&D activity using a well-equipped welding and material laboratory. Apart from the technical support which we offer to our Clients worldwide, we are additionally in charge of the development program within AIC S.A. internally. Our main focus is quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement, which is reflected in various certificates, including ISO 9001: 2015.

Our Team

Employees are RMA’s most valuable asset - a team of experienced engineers and specialists. Projects are executed entirely within our company, including engineering, programming, assembly, and start-up. Each project is supervised by a proficient and experienced project manager. We are a well-organized team that focuses on diversity, innovation, and the use of complementary competencies.

As a result, RMA has developed substantial know-how in the field of automation and robotization of laser processes which allows our Clients to achieve a competitive advantage and tangible benefits.

Technology

We focus entirely on LASER PROCESSING as our industrial projects are driven by welding, 3D cutting, structuring, and ablation processes.

We continue to develop our know-how in RMA’s Laser Application Center (LTC) located at our main headquarters. At LTC we perform complex technology tests for our Clients and research innovative solutions. We utilize modern laser sources, dedicated processing heads, and tools for this purpose.

Industries

RMA focuses primarily on intelligent and innovative solutions for the battery industry. We are equally active in the automotive segment (e-mobility). Additionally, we provide ready-to-use solutions for the glass industry and the production of heat exchangers.
