COVID-19 Information

As of Tuesday, June 22, Michigan reopened ahead of schedule, removing capacity limits and physical distance requirements, with limited exceptions. Below you will find a quick summary of these recent changes, subject to change based on state-mandated guidelines, and how this will affect your event experience at the Show.

Effective June 22:

  • Face Coverings
Masks are not required. We recommend wearing a mask if you have not been vaccinated.
  • Physical Distancing
Although physical distancing restrictions have been removed, currently Informa is planning 2’ social distancing in conference session rooms.
  • Contactless Registration
No more standing in line for a badge or visiting the check-in counter! You can easily access the show floor, sessions, and events with your digital badge on your smartphone.
  • Exhibit Floor
Our complimentary networking receptions and New Product Showcase demos on the exhibit floor will run again this year. Additional safety signage for measures on washing hands, utilizing hand sanitization stations, and alternative handshakes will be posted.

As Michigan re-opens, we hope you’re as excited as we are to connect with our advanced battery and EV/HEV tech community again in Novi this September.

Your safety continues to be a top priorityWe will continue to work diligently on all fronts to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. We continue to partner with the Suburban Collection Showplace, our event partners and vendors, and local authorities to identify safe operating procedures for this event.
