About Matrix Plastic Products, Inc. 

Matrix Plastic Products is a custom manufacturer of ultra-precise, plastic injection molded components and sub-assemblies.  We partner with medical device OEMs and their designated CMs to engineer, tool up, and produce critical products for their most demanding applications. Over 45 years of in-house DFM and mold making expertise provide the firm foundation for validating and ramping up cost-effective molding production with a variety of advanced materials and processes.  From engineering grades in the PEEK, LCP, PEI, & PPA families, to implantable bio-materials processed in an ISO 8 cleanroom, we offer a wide range of options in our 15 ton 300 ton presses. An ISO 13485 certified QMS, advanced QA lab, and our personal commitment to quality ensure the strictest of customer specifications are consistently met.
