Our ingredients come in a variety of formats: concentrates, puree, dices, paste and whole prunes from an improved french variety. These functional ingredients can be used in applications ranging from baked goods and sauces to meat and poultry products that provide solutions for sugar and sodium reduction, flavor enhancement, caramel coloring replacement, moisture binding, and more. With facilities in both California and Chile, Sunsweet is the world’s largest processor of prune ingredients.
