We also offer the Tenant Property Protection Plan in which the owner/manager becomes the first named insured and now can offer protection to all its residents providing a low cost more comprehensive coverage plan for both parties, creating a win-win. This plan provides coverage that mitigates the owner/managers risk on claims that fall under the deductible of the master policy, and the cost of the policy coverage is passed to the tenants with a lease addendum creating a potential revenue source.
