Yvette Evans is Sr. Director of Business Development for Leap (www.leapeasy.com), a FREE Security Deposit Replacement and Rent Guarantee platform that boosts NOI and increases physical and economic occupancy. She leads a team of six Sales Professionals and manages a nationwide book of business. She began her career in multifamily over 15 years ago as a leasing consultant, assistant manager, community manager, and since has been in several training, support, and leadership roles. Yvette has worked for large real estate organizations like Equity Residential and Kettler. She is a professional facilitator in leadership, sales and customer service. She has worked with these multifamily companies to enhance, improve, and train their organizations to improve performance. She is thrilled to be making her public speaking debut at the TAA One Conference and Expo!
