The CygNet suite of solutions [OSS and BSS] have been implemented in Tier 1 and Tier 2 Global Telecom companies, to manage both Terrestrial and Submarine networks. Our solution is TMForum Frameworx 18.5 conformant and we have Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators as our customers like AIRTEL, TATA, VODAFONE, BOFINET, BTC, EIG, SEACOM, GBI and others. NMSWorks - CygNet OSS suite includes modules such as the Niche Auto Discovered Active Inventory, Service Assurance [SA- Fault, Performance, RCA, SIA management modules], Service Fulfilment [SF - Provisioning, Activation and Orchestration modules], Planning Automation, Trouble Ticketing, Customer Portal and Mobile Application modules which are implemented in a Multi-vendor and Multi Domain Networks [L0, L1, L2, L3 network layers]. The CygNet BSS suite includes modules Billing, CRM, PLM, Contract Management
