Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

Sleepy Hollow Country Club

Briarcliff Manor, New York

#62 in the US by Golf Digest

About Us:

Sleepy Hollow Country Club is a private, 27 hole C.B. MacDonald original design on 338 acres overlooking the Hudson River.  SHCC was recently restored by Gil Hanse, completed in 2016/2017. All of the greens at SHCC  were converted to USGA specification replacing the original poa sod.  We also have a lower 9 hole short course that has native soil push-up greens.

Sleepy Hollow Country Club is currently ranked 62nd in the United States by Golf Digest and 71st in the world by Golf Magazine.  SHCC is currently in the middle of an irrigation renovation on the upper 13 holes of the property that will include all new HDPE mainlines, laterals, valves and heads, complete with updated Toro decoder system with new Smart-Hub technology.
