For the first time in history, TAPPI and AICC will combine their packaging competitions at SuperCorrExpo® 2021. TAPPI’s CorrPak Competition and AICC’s Design Competition will join forces to become the 2021 Box Manufacturing Olympics. The competition is open to all TAPPI and AICC members from around the globe who produce corrugated, rigid box and folding cartons, as well as their suppliers. Packaging schools and universities are also invited to participate in the competition. All entries will be prominently displayed during SuperCorrExpo® at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. We are pleased to share that the Orange County Convention Center became one of only six convention centers in the nation to receive the GBAC Star accreditation from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council for its coronavirus cleaning and prevention efforts.
In addition, the Orange County Convention Center is rolling out a new medical concierge program designed to provide personalized medical services and support to meeting groups. The medical concierge partnership provides access to personal protective equipment suppliers for items such as masks and hand sanitizers as well as certified healthcare experts and onsite medical experts to address coronavirus related issues.
