Kelley is acting Vice President of HomeSpring Residential Services where she focuses on HomeSpring’s multi-family marketing, corporate marketing and business development. Over her 18 year career at HomeSpring, she has served in both an onsite management and Regional Supervisor capacity and has overseen the development and creation of a corporate Compliance Department. Kelley is very active at the local (SAAA), state (TAA) and national (NAA) Apartment Associations. She has served on and chaired countless committees and task forces for these organizations during her career. Kelley served as the San Antonio Apartment Association President in 2012 and currently serves in an officer capacity as the Secretary for the Texas Apartment Association. She is a graduate of the prestigious TAA Leadership Lyceum, has earned her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), National Compliance Professional (NCP) and Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designations and holds a Texas Real Estate License.
